Innovation Overview
ThousandEyes has introduced a reorganized user interface in the ThousandEyes platform. This update includes renamed, reordered, and rearchitected menu items in the left-hand navigation panel; updated page URLs; and renamed page elements across the platform. These UI enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to deliver a consistent user experience and help teams focus on the use cases that matter most to them.

Follow these quick steps to get familiar with the new platform naming and navigation menu changes:

In the ThousandEyes platform, find the monitoring overview menus at the top left, including Dashboards, Event Detection, and Alerts.

Select Network & App Synthetics and view the menus.

Select Endpoint Experience and view the menus.

Select Routing and view the menus.

Select Devices and view the menus.

Select Cloud Insights and view the menus.

Select Internet Insights and view the menus.

Select Manage and view the menus.
-
Select Manage and click Sharing and view the sub-menus.

Click on the Private Snapshots sub-menu.

Select Manage and click Sharing > Public Snapshots

Select Manage and click Account Settings and view the sub-menus.

Click the Back button.

Click X to close the menu.

Click the Menu icon to collapse the menu.
